Jon is from a horror podcast with a great many triggers associated. While it's unlikely they'll come up in casual conversation they include: bugs of all sorts, violence, cult behavior and indoctrination, madness and loss of sanity, isolation, cave diving horror, large open spaces, etc. the list goes on and on.
